The game studio is a fact, with two games in final testing

MiniScape Games is no longer a single game page but a studio: two finished games, a studio story of its own and a site in two languages. Midnight Dash and Shift are both entering final testing.

MiniScape Games has become a studio. What started as one game with an announcement page around it now has two finished games, a studio page carrying the whole story behind it, and a site that runs fully in Dutch and English. Both games are entering final testing and come to Android free after that.

Midnight Dash Neon Overdrive is the loud one. One road, three lanes, no brake. Alongside Free Ride there is now a story for Nova, told across three cars, and one Daily Run a day that is the same for everyone. Six worlds, portrait screen, one thumb.

Shift is the quiet one. An isometric diorama of floating islands that comes apart in your hands: turn the tiles until the path runs from the walker to the flag, then send him along it. No timer, no lives, endless generated levels.

Why it is a studio of its own. A game is not a second channel for a web product. The audience is different, the release goes through a store instead of a domain, and what makes a game good has little to do with what makes a platform good. So under Aivion Studios it gets its own name, its own site and its own place: MiniScape Games for the games, the way CinemaScape Music does for the music and PixelScape Animation for the animation.

What is not in them. No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscription, no account. No analytics either, no crash reporter and not a single network request: everything you play stays in the app storage on your own phone.

What is not there yet. A store link. Neither game is on Google Play yet, because the build goes through final testing first. There is deliberately no newsletter and no sign-up form, so miniscapegames.com is where it will show up first.
